What might take you over and in the gym to complete, you'll get through within 50 minutes in a class. With functional movements, strength exercises, and some cardio every day, these classes will leave you feeling accomplished. Each day focuses on a different muscle group, featuring 5 stations, 5 times through, with 60 seconds to work and 20 seconds to recover and transition. You choose the weight, you choose the intensity.
Learn MoreParticipate in HIIT workouts with 5 stations and 5 rounds. Classes offer personal training in a group setting with a maximum of 15 participants, allowing you to learn each move by repeating it 5 times.
